Meet the Groomer
The Rolling Bone dog grooming studio was founded by Abby Clark (formerly Abby De Blassio) as the culmination of her lifelong love of dogs. Her passion stems from childhood experiences showing her Doberman Pinscher in obedience as a junior handler.
Though an attorney practicing law in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, for over 30 years, Abby has been involved in the American Kennel Club (AKC) dog show world since 2021, when she joined a team of
preservationist breeders specializing in Phalènes (the drop-eared variety of Papillons), Andali Papillons and Phalènes, based in Goodyear, Arizona.
Abby has groomed and trained her Phalènes for obedience and conformation, showing her pride and joy, Remy—The Rolling Bone’s mascot—at AKC shows nationwide. Remy earned his Grand Champion and AKC Canine Good Citizen titles. Through this journey, Abby realized her happiest moments are with a brush in hand, a dog on the table, and fellow dog enthusiasts nearby.
Abby believes every dog deserves to be pampered like a show dog. She uses premium products favored by Westminster-winning handlers to enhance her furry clients’ coats and skin. The most rewarding part? Seeing dogs wag happily and owners delight when their pets leave looking—and feeling—their best.
