Rolling Bone Dog Grooming Policies

All dogs entering the salon must have proof of current vaccination for Parvo/Distemper (DHPP), Rabies, and Bordetella. Clients are required to provide this documentation prior to the date of the initial grooming appointment, and annually thereafter.

All clients will need to complete The Rolling Bone Intake Form, and the Policies/Consent to Groom/Release of Liability Form, at or before the initial appointment. One intake form is required for each dog, however only one completed Policies/Consent to Groom/Release of Liability Form is required. Please see the Policies/Consent to Groom/Release of Liability Form for The Rolling Bone policies regarding vaccinations, matted coats, aggressive/biting pets/existing health issues/senior pets, skin conditions, and fleas and ticks. All clients should also be aware of and respect the below policies.

Please be prompt for your appointment, and plan to arrive 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment time, to potty your dog before entering the studio. A pet relief area is located on the left side of the building, and a pet waste station containing bags is available there for your convenience. Please clean up after your dog, and dispose of waste bags in the receptacle provided at the pet waste station. Given that a grooming appointment can be lengthy, it is important that your dog can relieve himself/herself prior to entering the building. For the safety of your dog and others, dogs should be leashed at all times and wear a collar with ID tags while on the Pineview Place property. As a courtesy to other Pineview Place tenants and their guests, please do not walk your dog around the complex.

When you drop off your dog for an appointment, you will be provided an estimated time for completion. However, it is possible for the grooming appointment to take longer or shorter than anticipated, depending on your dog’s behavior, coat condition, or physical limitations. Please remain available by text message or phone during the entirety of the appointment, in the event your groomer needs to consult with you regarding issues that arise during the groom, or in the event your dog will need to be retrieved earlier or later than anticipated.
