What a great experience for Fiona, my West Highland White Terrier and I at The Rolling Bone this past Saturday! Abby Clark is calm, compassionate, peaceful and professional. Your dog’s care comes first and she really takes the time get to know you and your beloved pet. She got down on the floor with Fiona to greet her, then took the time to show me around her immaculate grooming studio and show me all the tools she’d be using. We discussed the shape of her cut, Fiona’s sensitive spots, the best products she would be using on Fiona based on her coat and the sensitive skin of a Westie. Fiona is not and never will be a show dog, but she was absolutely treated like one and my input was valued and heard. I’m accustomed to Fiona leaving her grooming appointment as anxious as she was when we arrived, clawing at my leg and running to the door to get out as fast as we can, but she didn’t do that when I came to pick her up from Abby’s! She was calm and at home relaxing on the carpet as we talked through her appointment and about how beautiful she looked. There were no signs of stress, no whimpering and no pawing at the door. There also weren’t any other dogs or cats running around or any overstimulating noises. Just like at home. And when we arrived at home, she wanted to run around and play, not curl up and go to sleep. Fiona is 8 now and I feel this was the best gift I could give her as she moves into her senior years – compassionate, loving, non-judgmental, gentle grooming care. Fiona and I made a new friend. We will be coming to Abby from now on. She is an amazing groomer, educator, and person. Thank you, Abby!

Abby is amazing! Our new dog is a rescue with a troubled past, so she’s very wary of new people and being away from her humans. Abby’s grooming philosophy – focusing on one dog at a time – is perfect for her. We were even able to stay and comfort our dog, which helped her feel safe and relaxed in the grooming environment. The products used at Rolling Bone are phenomenal! We noticed a significant improvement in our dog’s itching and skin biting after her bath. Abby truly cares for and loves every dog she grooms as if they were her own. Her kind, gentle, and compassionate approach made this experience especially meaningful for us. Rue is my boy and Abby did a great job with Rue. She is very knowledgeable, loving and kind. She took her time with him so he felt safe and secure. I love the one-on-one treatment so her full attention is on your friend. In my opinion Abby and The Rolling Bone is the best thing out there if you’re looking for what your best friend deserves.

The Rolling Bone is FANTASTIC!! Abby’s individualized approach to grooming is amazing. Not only was Abby a wealth of information on techniques and interventions on dog grooming and hygiene, but her individualized approach is truly awesome. The grooming studio is well designed and puppy friendly. The grooming station and bath stations are state of the art design and technology. Abby also uses top grooming products imported from Australia!! All natural. The entire process from intake to exit is very professional and all centered around quality care and individualized service. She spent so much time with Maverick getting to know him, playing with him, and working with him at his own pace. Words cannot express the amount of appreciation my family and I have for how well Abby cared for our puppy. Thanks for the fantastic job Abby. I highly recommend the Rolling Bone!!

5 stars are not enough. Experience was the best in 40 years. Starts with a detailed pet’s health record. Salon spotless and equipment state of the art. Accommodates the groom to your pets needs. My elderly dog was given rest periods as often as required and accommodated his physical limitations. Grooming products used left my dogs’ coats shiny, soft and smelling so good. Abby is very talented groomer. It is evident she loves what she is doing and treats your pet as if it was her own. I recently had the pleasure of having a splash and dash for my Doberman. This is my 5th Doberman. I love the breed. I have always bathed my own dogs since they are shorthaired. When I heard of this service I wanted to give it it try. What a great experience for me and my Doberman, Panzer. She had her bath, nails and ears cleaned all in 40 minutes. Her coat was so shiny and soft. Great job Abby!!

Benjamin had a fabulous spa day with Miss Abby at The Rolling Bone today. The atmosphere was soothing, especially for anxious dogs, and Abby’s knowledge and passion for her work (and dogs) was easy to see. We love how our dog got the royal treatment and he didn’t have to be exposed to the chaos of other dogs waiting in cages. We highly recommend The Rolling Bone Pet Grooming Services!

My little girl, Elsie Mae, has always been a nervous one upon going to the groomer. She shakes and literally will walk the other way to get out the door. I wanted my dog to be cared for in a loving way and to be treated like she was his/her own. At my former salon, I was told there was no need to talk with the groomer. And felt like she was just another dog on their busy schedule. I didn’t feel like they cared for my dog. Abby sincerely loves dogs. She is so gentle and patient and suggested Elsie to visit prior to her groom. She took her time and sent pictures throughout the process. I’m not sure how she did it, but Elsie seemed happy when I got there. No trembling. I will definitely be using Rolling Bone in the future. It was truly a wonderful experience for both Elsie and I.
